We regret to advise that we CANNOT ship items internationally. If you have a local address or friends/ family in the United States please call us to make arrangements to have your order shipped there.

How long until I receive my order? [Back to Top]
We process orders Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. If we do receive your order before 2pm M.S.T. we will do our best to process and ship the same day, however there are a few exceptions. Ground shipping times vary from 4-8 days. Faster shipping is available for an additional charge. Please call store for details. 888-766-7873

May I use a different billing and shipping address? [Back to Top]
Yes, the Colorado Boarder is happy to ship to any address in the US.  However, if your order total is $500 or more we will need to contact your credit card company to verify this alternate billing address.  We are sure you understand this is for your protection.  One of our customer service representives will contact you shortly after your order is placed to obtain your credit card's toll free number.  After a verbal verification with your credit card company we will process and ship out your items.

Terms & Conditions – Gift Cards
  • Gift cards may be purchased at coloradoboarder.com, or at all store locations.
  • Your Gift Card will be valid for use for one year from the date of issue. To check the expiration date of your Colorado Boarder gift card, call 1888 766-7873
When you authorize a transaction:
  • You are confirming that the transaction correctly represents the purchase price of the goods or services obtained; and
  • You are agreeing to pay the amount of that transaction by the reduction of the Remaining Card Value.
  • No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift cards-applicable taxes are charged when gift cards are redeemed.
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed only for future purchases of merchandise or services (i.e., rentals, shop services) at coloradoboarder.com and all Colorado Boarder / Air Up There store locations, and via phone at 1-888-766-7873.
  • Upon redeeming your gift card, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance. (When redeeming online or by telephone, this balance must be paid by credit card.)
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable if lost or stolen. When redeemed at Colorado Boarder / Air Up There retail stores, gift cards containing an unused balance of $10 or less will be cashed out.
  • When redeeming gift cards, any unused balance (over $10) will be available for future purchases of merchandise or services.
  • Gift cards ordered through coloradoboarder.com will be sent by first class mail at no charge. Gift boxing is not available for gift cards. They're mailed in their own attractive gift envelopes.
  • Gift cards may not be resold.
  • Use of Colorado Boarder gift cards constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

What if an item I order is out of stock or on backorder? [Back to Top]

On rare occasions items are sold that are currently out of stock, or on back order.  If this situation happens, we will do everything possible to correct the situation.  We will try to contact you thru email and phone to acknowledge the situation.  At that time we will offer all substitutes we can ship immediately.  If no substitute is acceptable then a full refund will be given immediately.  We reserve the right to cancel or  partial ship orders when no contact can be made to the customer in two business days following their order.   We offer a 30 day money back guarantee to all customers.  See our return policy for details.




What is your return policy? [Back to Top]

We currently offer a 30-DAY MONEY BACK return policy for all goods sold from the ColoradoBoarder.com on full retail products. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please call us first for a Return Authorization number(RA) and for instructions on your return. Return the item unused, with all orginal tags and packing material, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price minus shipping. Any return without an RA number or after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any items after 30 days. All refunds are issued less shipping charges. 

Please Note:  Sale Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Our location is in Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado. We have been slope-side to Crested Butte Mountain Resort since 1987. This allows us to pursue our common passion of SNOWBOARDING. Our employees are encouraged to snowboard every day on their break. We have two other locations. Our skate shop, The Air Up There, is located on 3rd and Elk in downtown Crested Butte. The Colorado Boarder South is located in Gunnison, Colorado at 100 North Main St.. Please stop by for a visit if you come to Crested Butte. We'll be happy to show you some good lines on our mountain.
